Responsibilities: UX research and design management
This project aims to collect citizens' stories about their local festivals and create a storybook for local communities. I managed and mentored a four-people UX team (UX designer Jackie Lee, front-end developer Han Jun Yoon, back-end developers Hedgie Jo and Junwoo Seo) to create and develop Memofest, a web app for people to co-create a storybook that belongs to their community.
